The material analysis microscope INTC-L200HD has simple operation and complete accessories. It is widely used in teaching, scientific research, metallographic analysis, semiconductor silicon wafer detection, geological mineral analysis, engineering measurement and other fields.
Low hand coarse fine tuning coaxial focusing mechanism is adopted, which can be adjusted on the left and right sides. With simple and convenient manual adjustment, users can easily get clear and comfortable images. The coarse adjustment stroke is 38mm and the fine adjustment accuracy is 0.002mm.
Use 180 × 155mm large-size platform, right-hand position setting conforms to the operation habits of conventional people. In the process of user operation, it is convenient for the operation switching between the focusing mechanism and the platform movement, so as to provide users with a more efficient working environment.
Metallographic analysis software system is a set of computer software system specially developed by units or individuals engaged in metallographic inspection. Its basic principle is to collect the metallographic picture in the metallographic microscope with hardware equipment such as video acquisition card or digital camera, and then process and analyze the picture to obtain relevant inspection results.
Based on the inspection standard, the system has developed 139 functional modules, with a total of 438 inspection items. Users can select the inspection items as needed: average grain size of metal, microscopic evaluation of non-metallic inclusions, metallographic inspection of precious metal cuprous oxide, depth measurement of decarburization layer, etc.
1. Rating level
1.1 Automatic rating: as long as there are quantitative standards (such as calculation formula, percentage range, etc.) in the metallographic standard, this module can be made into an automatic rating module.
1.2 Comparison rating: the user compares the sample map with the map in the library to determine the level artificially.
1.3 Image processing: the software provides brush, brightness adjustment, contrast adjustment, color adjustment, conversion to gray image, gray automatic color scale, binary processing, inverse, sharpening, softening, median filter denoising, background brightness adjustment, background brightness equalization, RGB color separation, HLS color separation, gray conversion, equalization enhancement, linear enhancement, logarithmic enhancement, exponential enhancement Intermediate value smoothing, edge enhancement, edge detection, gradient detection, expansion, corrosion, open operation, closed operation, critical binarization, threshold segmentation, critical threshold, cumulative threshold, differential threshold, elimination pen and other image processing tools.

2. Geometric measurement
2.1 It provides a variety of measuring tools such as distance, rectangle, circle, polygon, broken line length, angle, included angle of straight line, radian and so on.
2.2 Data export: the measured data can generate a special measurement report with pictures and text, or can be directly imported into excel.
3. View gallery
3.1 In the "view information" menu, there are two options: "scale" and "actual size", which can zoom in and out of the map.
4. Fixed magnification printing
4.1This module provides the fixed magnification printing function of multiple pages and multiple images. The number of images loaded, the text, ruler and printing mode of each image can be set by yourself.
5. Image mosaic
5.1 Due to the limited field of view of the microscope, we get a complete product image through the image mosaic function.
Click "automatic rating" to enter the analysis interface. The software will automatically search the grain and calculate the grade and other related parameters according to the search parameters.
The searched grains can automatically obtain the morphological parameters, and can automatically judge which are inside or outside the network and which are outside the network.
