1. Product presentation
The front-end retractable belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as "telescopic machine") is a supplement to the ordinary fixed plane conveyor, which can be adjusted by the operator according to the actual demand.
The principle of the telescopic equipment is to add the expansion mechanism on the ordinary belt conveyor, so that the belt conveyor can be freely expanded and adjusted in the length and height direction. The main equipment is composed of fixed section conveyor, telescopic mechanism, lifting mechanism and control system.
2. Performance characteristics
2.1 Stable and uniform transmission shall be ensured during the transportation of the parcel.
2.2 Operating noise of single equipment 70dB (A) and maximum noise point of single equipment 72dB (A). The installation of supporting parts or hanging parts of all equipment shall be equipped with necessary shock absorption devices to prevent vibration transmission to the building.
2.3 Modularity and standardization of the equipment. The whole system is composed of various modules. The same modules can be used interchangeably and can be assembled

2.7 The telescopic belt conveyor has an interface with the back-end transmission system, which can realize the linkage action with other transportation equipment.

4. Application area

5. Installation requirements
5.1 Building structure conditions for equipment installation
1) Safety level of the building structure: level 2;
2) Design service life: 50 years;
5.2 Working environment suitable for the equipment
1) Normal operating temperature of the equipment: -15℃ ~ + 40℃;
2) Relative humidity: 10%~95% (no condensation);
3) The change rate of temperature is ± 0.5℃ / min; ± 10℃ / h;
4) Change rate of relative humidity is ± 10% / h.
5.3 Ground conditions for equipment installation
1) Ground requirements: concrete thickness of 200mm;
2) Concrete requirements: C30.
5.4 Power supply condition of the equipment
1) The power network is TN-S network (three-phase four-wire system, 3-ph, N, PE);
2) The system shall be able to operate normally at full load or without load under the following power supply conditions:
